Did you know Hart Voice Overs is available in mobile format for your iPhone, Blackberry or other smart phone?

Just go to Hart Voice Overs in your mobile browser and it should come up in the mobile version automatically.

If you prefer to read the site in it’s original format there is a link at the bottom that sends you back to the web version.

I’ve added a new plugin to the site so you should now be able to listen to my demos and other audio files from your smart phone.

Please let me know if you have any trouble with the mobile version.  I check it often on my iPhone but never know what I might miss.

Peter O’Connell commented below and asked me to share how I did it. It’s insanely easy if you use WordPress:

Mobile

There is a plugin called WordPress Mobile Edition that automatically sets up the site for mobile users.  I don’t recall doing anything other than installing it.

Audio

I installed WPaudio yesterday.  It’s a very lightweight plugin that provides a compact player for the website in addition to showing a download option. It also degrades gracefully into a text link if your browser (like the iPhone one) won’t display the player.  I’ve tweaked it some since I wasn’t thrilled with the original text sizes and look and I’m still playing with it.  Some users have reported problems with it playing nicely with their theme or other plugins so I suggest you read all about it and test it out before you fully switch over.  I didn’t have any problems with it.

Hope that’s helpful.

Peter, I’ve added all the info to the post. Thanks for asking, I should have thought to include that originally.
